Random text sent- What is this?

Have been noticing a text message sent to 94183571 every now and then...
"GET?c=SAM:SM-G935A/6.0.1:1.0.24-6&v=1.0&l=myphone#&AD"

I am sure it is related to a setting don't know what...

That sounds like you're trying to use visual voicemail on a phone that isn't branded to AT&T.
