It is the user interface of, or what you see when you use, the Phone app.

InCallUI is the screen you see while making the call (keypad, etc). You don't want to disable this.

Can you link us to screen shots so we can see what you are seeing?
Which phone?
Which version of android?
Which carrier?
Which dialer app?
Which contacts app?

Which phone, and where are you seeing it?

If I remember correctly, it’s an app that presents the in-call user interface - what you see when a phone call is in progress.

Welcome to the forums. That's the system app that handles your screen when you are in a phone call. Nothing to worry about.

In call UI is the User Interface that is the program that handles call traffic. It is the interpreter between your button pushes and what the phone actually does when you push that button.
I'm not sure I get the rest of your question...

The OP wants to know if there's a way the Google activity they're looking at can show if the person actually was on the phone and with what phone number they were connected.

Weird Google activity when not using my Samsung Galaxy 5

Hello,

I recently checked my activity on Google and two things stood out as odd. All instances occurred when when I left my phone on, but at home while I went to work.

My Activity - Google showed the following:

1. Used Facebook

Later that day

2. incallui at the same time as Samsung Experience Home.

So 1. And 2. occurred at different times. I'm curious as to whether someone somehow used my phone as I share an apartment?

I didn't use Facebook anywhere that day minus in the morning before work wherein I left my phone at home. I also googled incallui and, again, I was at work all day so certainly didn't use my phone. I checked the "Details" for each instance and they were indeed in the aforementioned Samsung, not anywhere else.

Any help or insight would help!
