InCallUI is the screen that you see while making a phone call.
I am guessing that android.server.telecom is the background service that communicates with your carrier's servers.

Welcome to Android Central! InCallUI is a system app that manages the User Interface while in a call. It's normal. Probably best not to search through other people's phones, even if it does belong to your boyfriend.

Too vague to say. Keep in mind, smart phones are constantly doing things in the background. Is incallui an app, or is it the name of the log file?
