Micro-HDMI to TV HDMI - No Audio?

Are certain flat screen tv's incompatible with certain micro-hdmi to hdmi cables? I can't get any audio to play for any type of video when connected. Picture is perfect though. Any settings I'm missing? This is the 15 ft cable from amazon I bought Amazon.com: 15 ft Premium GOLD Plated Micro HDMI to HDMI Cable for HTC EVO 4G, Motorola Droid X and other portable devices with Micro HDMI port: Electronics I have all my audio (cable, DVD, etc) running perfectly through my receiver. I have tried every receiver setting to get this working to no avail...

Not to sound condescending, but have you tried turning up the volume on your phone? When I first plugged my Photon into the dock, I did not have sound, then I realized that the volume on my phone was turned all the way down. I figured that it would be like my old iPod (volume rocker works when plugged into headphone jack, but not when I was plugged into dock connector).

Just a quick and easy thing to check.
