Type C to HDMI Samsong TabS7+ issue

[Android Central Question]

Hi, please help
i am trying to connect Samsung tab S7+ to TV got an adapter tried it once and it worker perfectly and can switch between Dex and mirror options no issues,
after 2 days i tried to connect it in a different TV and monitors (original test TV not available now) but its just not working i get the following

1- a message saying to use genuine Samsung parts for best experience
2- Dex option turn on
3-can select audio output from tab or TV speakers (no sound when TV is selected)
4-NOTHING happens on the TV
5- a comment on the screen (HDMI connected / HDMI disconnected) back and forth

any ideas !
PS- I tried different cables and TV`s but same adapter

I've encountered this before. I had to change usb-c to HDMI adapter to resolve it.
