Yes. I got an e-mail the evening of June 25 stating that my submission was denied for failure to submit my receipt. The instructions in the e-mail were to reply to the e-mail with the copy of the receipt because the link on the website is broken. So I replied to the e-mail the night of the 25th with the copy of the receipt. But it's three days later and I have not gotten another e-mail and the website is still saying my claim is denied for failure to submit the receipt. I don't know if I want to reply to the e-mail again because I'm worried that then I will get denied for a duplicate claim.
I bet they are processing the re-submission. If you provided what they have requested, you'll be fine. LG is not the quickest to update the submission status but given the amount of rebates they have probably received, I'm sure they are doing them as quickly as possible.
