i never even got an email saying the received my submission. I mailed it in the day I got the phone so I may need to resubmit online.
When they claimed they needed more info from me I just attached it to the email they sent and replied. I got a confirmation yesterday that mine was shipped. Email attachments worked for me.
After reading what I've been reading in this thread and after what I went through today, I feel like we're all being set up to lose out on this promo. Not cool, LG. Not cool.
I just hope that it works out in time, since the 30th is less than a week away. I'm worried they're going to pull something with me now like e-mail me on the 29th that what I sent wasn't good enough or something like that. I'm starting to worry that whatever company LG contracted with to do this promo is scamming people.

I would have to believe that if your email is dated prior to the 30th you should be good. Whether or not they read it quickly enough is their issue not yours.
It 15 days from the time I submitted my information to the day I received the promo. I never received a shipping conformation email.
Not too bad all things considered.

I submitted my rebate my claim from my phone the day after I bought it (6/15). Attached a PDF of the receipt and a picture of the IMEI code or whatever it's called. Heard nothing for several days, so I figured it didn't go through. Tried to track it on the promo site, but they require a rebate number, which I didn't have because I never received a confirmation email.
Resubmitted from a PC and got a confirmation immediately (6/19). Yesterday I logged in to track it and the site says it has been denied due to duplicate claims. I'm assuming if they have enough information to know that the 2nd submission was a duplicate, that must mean submission #1 is still processing. But I have no way of knowing. Sent them an email explaining the situation. Hopefully it works out!

Stupid question... But can anybody recommend an adapter to use the 32gb card in a standard SD card slot? The card I received in the promo is too small to use in my laptop and car. Thanks.

I submitted mine the evening of June 12. I got a message on the evening of June 25 from them claiming that I didn't submit my receipt. (I did.) I resubmitted my receipt the evening of June 25 and I haven't received any kind of reply as of the morning of June 28. I can't find the website to check the status of my order. Or is that only for the T-Mobile promotion?

The website to check status is LG G4 Promo. BUT...Mine didn't get updated to "approved" until 2 days before it shipped. It took just over a week before that even showed up. THEN, after the website updated it took about another 2 or 3 days before I got the shipping email. LG is not real good about correspondence apparently once you break the normal chain.
Ugh. Mine still shows in declined status for allegedly not sending in the receipt. I'll be so glad when this is over. I stress out very easily and this has me stressed out.

Did you resubmit?
Yes. I got an e-mail the evening of June 25 stating that my submission was denied for failure to submit my receipt. The instructions in the e-mail were to reply to the e-mail with the copy of the receipt because the link on the website is broken. So I replied to the e-mail the night of the 25th with the copy of the receipt. But it's three days later and I have not gotten another e-mail and the website is still saying my claim is denied for failure to submit the receipt. I don't know if I want to reply to the e-mail again because I'm worried that then I will get denied for a duplicate claim.
I sent in mine about 2 weeks ago and I just got an update Thursday or Friday that I should be receiving it in a week. Tracking says today.
