I have finally gotten a confirmation of the T-Mobile 128GB SD card shipment today. I got the shipping info today after getting a notice of my submission approval well over a week ago (June 26th actually). Should arrive within a week.
Timeline so far:

• First submission was on June 5th
• June 12th just confirming they got the submission email
• June 17th more info requested so I sent a pic of my phones box
• June 26th Approval of the submission
• July 9th Item shipped

So it has defintely taken some time, they did say 4 to 8 weeks anyway, but it's definitely coming now. I received my extra battery and 32GB sd card about 2 weeks ago.

128 gb t mobile card promotion sent in june 13th bought my phone on the 12th approved maybe 2 weeks later ... been sitting in approval since and still sitting in approval with pending shipment mentioned . is there a massive delay on these or are they randomized i just want to know . my other lg promotion was put in on the 14th waited roughly 3 weeks for approval and shipped the following week... but this one has been approved and hasn't budged no shipping info nothing and i have even talked to tmobile and lg several times and they are all drawing blanks about what i am asking its been kinda ridiculous i just hoped mine wasn't sitting in approval limbo but from what i am reading other may had similar issues and things are shipping now?

They're just now starting to ship them. It'll prolly ship in order though and there's people who submitted the promo asap ( 5/28 ), so you'll prolly wait a little longer. Mine sat in limbo for a short while and just said shipped 2 days ago. I submitted 5/28.

I haven't heard of anyone getting them. I submitted my form June 4th and it now says out for delivery on the usps site today.

Most likely they wanted to do a giant bulk order to decrease their own cost. Cheaper for them to order 300,000 or whatever the number was from SanDisk than multiple orders of 25k or 50k.

Maybe you should acquire two extra SIM cards and setup two more phone profiles; then you can live 3 different lives with all that gear! On another note, they really went all-out on the packaging it looks like.

Same here. I got my first package a week or so ago and it beat the email saying it was shipped. A couple days ago I got another set so maybe the email was referring to that? Regardless, two sets for me! Can always use another SD card.
