MicroSd Card?

Ok question for the GPE HTC One only. Is there a reason to buy a microSd card other than saving Media? I understand MicroSd cards are vitally important to some, but with Kitkat it's all but broken to save any media. Now if your rooted is there a way to fix this for both Media and App Data?

I read somewhere I think it was android authority that you could use ES file browser to bypass that for general file storage.

If you have movies/tv shows/music in Google Play, you can store them to the SD card. Which is pretty helpful, IMHO. Better than not having one.

Can't you save files on SD if you run KitKat?

No it is impossible to write on ext SD card from kitkat and the M8. Even with the fix and the rooted machine. WHAT A SHAME GOOGLE !!!!! :-\
