Microsoft app (Excel, Word, One Note) stopped working.

Out of the blue, all the Microsoft apps on my Samsung S6 just stopped working. When open, it just says Excel has stopped or One Note has stopped. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not solve the problem.

Please help!

Is there enough space on your phone? Crashing apps and other bugs can happen sometimes when the phone is very low on space.

I have the same issue. I have a S7 and all the Microsoft Apps have all stopped working.

I have re-installed all the Apps and still have the same problem. I have also cleared the caches and still had no luck.

I used to be able to open all the attachments that work sent me but now I need to start up my laptop

Hopefully someone can help.
