Missed LG G3 update to Lollipop due to root

Hello Androidcentral!

While being on root, the update from Android 4.4.2 to Lollipop was pushed to the G3, causing me to miss the update. I recently unrooted to get the update. However, the G3 doesn't seem to have a manual button to update it. Is there any way to still get Lollipop?

If you're already rooted install TWRP and flash the Stock_VZ8 rom over at XDA. Once you take the OTA you lose all root capabilities.

As I said, I already did an unroot since I don't need root. Is there any way to get the official Lollipop-update or do I just need to wait for the next update?

Do you have tabs in settings? Or just a long list? Either way it will be at the very bottom located by about phone where you check your Android Version.
