Missing file

[Android Central Question]

I recorded a video using the Camera app on an S10 then tried to edit the file but cancelled it during this process. It then said the file couldn't be deleted, edited or sent because it was corrupted.

I tried rebooting the device but then the file was gone completely. I have tried searching for it but cannot find it in any folder or app.

Can anyone shed light on this? I'm not too fussed about recovering it but just want to know if it is deleted.

You check the gallery trash folder?
