Missing IR blaster remote app

I'm not sure if AT&T didn't preloaded it, I disabled it or uninstalled it but I cannot seem to find the IR Blaster remote control app on my V20, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Peel works nicely. I use this and the stock LG app on my V10. I work at Fry's Electronics and we have 100 demo TVs to power on and off and it's a lifesaver.

The app that comes with the phone is called Quick Remote

Do you have an LG folder?

I didn't either. I had to update the lg apps when I first got it.

Nope, my AT&T V20 doesn't have an LG folder and quick remote doesn't come up in the notification bar setup...

Go to app update and download it. Non of the lg apps were on my phone.

Yeah, that's the thing, I don't have an option for app update or update center, I only have these:

I forgot how to get that volume back there. I had it on the v20

Yeah that is Wierd as heck, my AT&T version is different than both of you guys it looks like

It can appear there and not be accessible like Samsung Cloud in vzw phones.
