Rexently bought a mk809 android dongle and it wont switch on its asking for decrypt storage password but i dont kno it???

Welcome to Android Central! Was it like this fresh out of the box? It can be very difficult to troubleshoot these no-name devices, since they have minimal or no documentation and minimal or no support from the manufacturer. Can you request an exchange from where you bought it?
