MMS Problems

I'm using my Huawei P8 GRA-L09 on T-Mobile USA and am having some MMS problems. MMS only send or receive successfully in the default stock messaging app. If I try to use Hangouts or Google Messenger they fail. I've double checked my APN settings, reset them, everything I can think of. It seems like a bug in the software.

I'm using stock B170. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Had similar problems I stated using Textra, give it a try
