Mobile data issues

Hi guys,

So I bought a brand new Moto G4 in Germany a few months ago but I live in Bosnia. Whenever I activate mobile data I can send and receive messages via Viber or Messenger but cannot send media or access any website or other app such as Instagram or Facebook. I've tried changing APN settings with no luck.
Any help would be immensely appreciated!

I bought the phone unlocked but my current carrier is BH Telecom

What's the exact model number of your G4? From what I can tell there are 3 variants -- XT1622, XT1624, and XT1625, all with somewhat different band compatibility: Motorola Moto G4 - Full phone specifications

Also, does BH Telecom offer LTE, or only 3G?

It's the XT1622 variant. They currently provide only 3G. And thank you for all your help!

Go to Settings>Mobile Networks>Preferred Network Type (the exact location in the settings might be a little different depending on the phone). What is it set to?

It is set to 3G

Grrrr. Ok, try this: https://www.apnsettings.org/bosnia/bh-mobile-apn-settings-for-iphone-android/, specifically the MMS APN settings, if you haven't already.

Check again APN setting, otherwise you will take the help from Motorola service center.
