Yes, these are scripts. You will have to add every time you change to a new ROM, as I understand it.

Yes, I have set up version 2 to find, overwrite, and update over version 1.
So yes you can just flash it right over v01

i installed it over the old one and it works fine . dont forget to wipe dalvik cache

The newest version is 02. Just wipe cache, then wipe dalvik cache, flash Amphetamines 02, reboot.

The download links are in the original post. They are labeled Amphetamines 1 and Amphetamines 2. Just download one of them, copy it on to your SD card and follow the instructions, also in that post.
