MODEL RCT6973W43 activation screen locked without a code. I preform a factory reset and reboot.

Is there a way to use my Voyager III ever again?
I need a way too unlock the activation screen with a code. I had to do a reset and reboot on my RCT6973W43 VOYAGER III & since the reboot I cannot get the device welcome screen when the Tablet 6.0 MARSHMALLOW POWERS ON. I ONLY GET A LOCK SCREEN DEMANDING A CODE THAT GIVEN MY DISa SAYS HASN'T BEEN BOUGHT YET.
I DID PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT AND IT WAS OKAY BUT NOW IT OUT OF RETURN TO STORE WHERE I PURCHASED ITS REQUIREMENTS FOR ME TO GET AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THE CODE WITH MY S/N & OR THE FCC ID OF THE PRODUCT?
PLEASE ADVISE.

Welcome to Android Central! Why did you have to reset the tablet in the first place? Was it malfunctioning?

Your tablet is a wi-fi only device, so there's no "activation" needed (activation is what you do to get a cellphone to work on a wireless carrier's network). Are you sure you did a full factory reset? Maybe it just rebooted, and it's asking for the screen lock PIN that you or someone else created.
