More Z Force screen freezes or goes black

Randomly my brand new Z Force screen will go black. Sometimes it freezes up first & then turns black & I have to hit the power button or power & volume down to get it to boot back up. I have only had it for 6 days. It has probably done it about 4 times. It did get an update after I got it but I don't know what to do as I had a different brand new phone (turbo 2) with issues for a few days that I took back & got this & I'm tired of setting up phones. Anyone else have this problem?

I did a wipe cache partition just now but not sure if it will help

Also did a full restore. Still froze up
