I had to use as guest when I order. And only email I got from them is the order number.. And I am annoyed. I don't know why others get it that order after me it don't make no sense

Had a 10/23 delivery date. Apparently, still on track for that eta.

Nothing to complain about aside from the fact that I shied away from a white front due to "delays" yet other folks ignored that delay message and got white front phones before me.

The system said 10/23 on day one. I will wait. I have so little delayed gratification these days that it is almost refreshing.

Ordered on Friday 10/10 a 32GB Pure Edition, black front, black back with blue trim. Expected delivery date was 10/23. Just received shipping email from Motorola today (10/15) that I should expect to receive it on Thursday (10/16). If I do receive it tomorrow, that's a pretty decent turnaround (under a week). Good luck to everyone!

The email was directly from Motorola? That'd be great, I ordered mine same day but I was also on the phone with a rep at the time and she told me she thought it'd be this Friday.

Shame that FedEx delivery manager has such crappy requirements for signing up. I've received packages from them but they still won't verify my address to track any rogue packages that Motorola doesn't send the shipping email for

called Motorola yesterday and the rep said sorry but the phone will be shipped on 20th and will receive 22nd. I ordered on 9/27 leather 32gb Verizon.

but later in the afternoon I get an email from Motorola indicating my stuff got shipped and will arrive 10/16/14. Go figure....checked FEDEX and it says it will be delivered tomorrow. Excited and waiting....

Moral of the story...the rep really have no idea.

I ordered mine in the 11th and it came today (15th). Got the pure edition with 16gb black/black/silver. Hope everyone gets theirs soon.

Exactly the same for me. Moto support is non existent. The free FedEx Delivery Manager website is the only way I know my phone is being shipped.

If anyone is still waiting for there phone go complain to moto that's what I did and got next day shipping.. I'm loving the new moto x could of returned for the nexus 6 but I'll still with this one..

Ordered 30th as well, 23rd est arrival date but it will be here tomorrow by 8. I got a 32gb Verizon model with black leather, black front and olive accents.

Why couldn't they overnight it for me..the anticipation is killing me lol. I've never waited more than one day for a phone...hope it's worth 2+ weeks!

I wish it weren't so pricey, although it does seem worth it. I wonder though if it's worth paying $500 or giving up my unlimited plan to get the subsidized price. I don't really use more than 2-3GB data but once you go black...

You can wait for the holidays, it's possible Motorola will offer limited-time discounts like they did last year. If you have a .edu email address, you can get a $50 off promo code now. They also offer a credit program, but those types of things have their own caveats.
