Moto X 2014 moto voice issue s

My moto assist activities on its in. My phrase is OK moto x but I'll be at work talking to a customer and it goes off. I have uninstalled and reinstalled same problem so I have disabled it and use Google now it routes there anyway. Anyone else having issue

Sounds like you may have to retrain your voice with it. Make sure you are in a completely quiet room when you set your phrase. I've never had my X go off without my consent.

I have been having a similar issue, but it only happens when I'm in my car connected to Bluetooth. It activates by itself and also each time I unlock my phone. I have retained my voice phrase twice in a perfectly quiet room. Very odd.
