I need to stop checking every hour!

I'm such a doofus I log onto fedex few times a day to check, while at the same time KNOWING they would also send me an email if any packages were indeed coming my way (that's how I set it up - i think?). Though I keep checking fedex delivery manager and Insight, because maybe I can find out before the email sends out to me hah lol - more reasons to procrastinate

Yup. I was actually trying to save some pride. I check more than hourly AND I have FedEx delivery manager set to text me on pickups & deliveries. I mean what if the little man in charge of texting me falls asleep? Lol.

Got a call today from motorola and I they left me a voicemail telling me about the delay of 32gb memory and it will arive by 17th the latest. I have two phones on order and they couldn't bother telling me with phone it was, the first one I ordered on the 18th and there is no update on that. 2 people have straight up lied to me on my face that my first phone is built and ready for pick up by fedex and I chatted last night and other rep told me he can't see that info and just gave me the same speech by when it is scheduled to be delivered by, yea same dates that are on my order. LOL

Thought mine was. Supposed to be delivered on the 13th. Got it today. Awesome job Motorola.

Ha! I was right - I just received an email from FedEx :-D
Scheduled for friday 10/10/14 - boy am I happy!

some details:
ordered 9/27
est ship = 10/22
vzw-32white/turquoise+darkTrim & vzw-32black/bamboo+darkTrim + 2 gelli cases
(i did have the notification that white fronts would take 4 weeks)

And just to add mention, logged onto moto site after getting email from fedex: order = not shipped, still says "est delivery 10/22" lol

In addition to my email above, I just now after setting up fedex Insight, just went to Delivery Manager (FedEx Delivery Manager - Customize Your Home Delivery) to see any inbound deliveries.

weird, only because moto 360 that's on its way does not show in Insight or via Delivery Manager - I'll give it some time, maybe on the next time package is scanned at the next acceptance location.

(don't mean to drive everyone crazy here with all these fedex posts - simply would really like to know when the phones are coming in as looks like moto doesn't even notify they've been shipped in some cases)

can you explain how you were looking to see "any inbound deliveries" in your Delivery Manager account?

Not seeing that option?

sure, hit this link: FedEx Delivery Manager - Customize Your Home Delivery

then, under purple "Sign Up Now" button, press the "view my deliveries now"

it will then take you to a chart and show you any inbound packages (if they've been picked up by fedex truck and maybe even if label was created)

Reading through this forum, I'm seeing a trend, Motorola must've just gotten a new supply of parts. I ordered mine on 9/28,
white front, eboy back, dark gray trim, 32GB for Verizon.
Estimated delivery was 10/22,
Got mine on 10/7, I only waited a little over a week, pretty good considering most early adopters.
But I've also noticed several people on the forums receiving theirs on 10/7 as well.

He's referring to FedEx delivery manager. A lot of us are fed up with Motorola and their lack of communication and are using FedEx to alert us when we have inbound parcels. Since motorola is using FedEx we'll get notices about our packages as soon as they are picked up from Motorola. You just sign up on FedEx website. Easy and free. I'm currently waiting for a text (you can choose among a few alert types) I hope that helps.

Those are my specs as well but I procrastinated until 10/2 because I didn't know what to think about the delays. I hope that means I might get mine on Monday! Neither FedEx nor Motorola have anything to say to me right now!

I suspect they're catching up. Received mine today.

Ordered 10/5. Stated delivery date was 10/24.

I ordered white front (wouldn't allow me to order black at the time), 32GB with engraving.

I'm right down the road in Austin.

Really pissed off right now. Ordered mine on the 18th and still nothing, nothing in fedex delivery manager. I am not a jealous type but this is just pretty damn stupid that I am waiting here getting emails about shortage of memory chips and people are getting their 32gb delivered before I get any update. I am happy for you guys but last time I order a motorola phone on launch. They seem to be all over the place. Hopefully I get mine by the 17th now as they promised or I am sending the sucker back as soon as I get it and moving on to note 4 or something.

It is pretty damn frustrating to see people who ordered after others getting their phones sooner. What really amazes me though is how quite the social media world has been in reporting delivery problems.
