Droid-Life has a story about the $350 Moto X deal and there are over 180 comments following the story. One person indicated he had a live chat with Motorola Customer Support and they indicated it could take a couple of hours to get the site issues resolved.

I've managed to get my Moto X built but now I'm sitting at the shopping cart page trying to hit "checkout" and it just sits for awhile then dumps me back to the shopping cart with an error. Perhaps Motorola has stopped orders from processing so they can get pricing in place.

Yes. That is what is showing for me earlier when the pages were loading slowly.

made it to checkout, $550 on Verizon no contract, error saying we are sorry, order cannot be processed. Was able to access my saved design and get that far at least.

Yes... I think it takes 4 days to make and ship the device so that would be expected.

Moto support responded. The sale is not yet live on the site. Says to order only when you see the sale price in the cart which supposedly will happen. Follow @Motorola for updates.
