moto x play not turning ON and LED light blinking

hey, I have put my moto x play in charging whole night in switched off mode but in the morning i couldn't be able to turning it on. then i found the solution on this site to press the power button for 10-30 sec. i have done it putting it in the charging mode and my mobile is switched on but the problem is still the LED White light is ON all the time (showing battery 1%). what i need to do and help me plzzz

Welcome to Android Central! When you pressed and held the power button, did it actually boot up successfully? Are you saying that the battery icon on the screen shows it's stuck at 1%?

Leave it powered on and plugged into the wall outlet for at least 6 hours, undisturbed. Does the battery level go up at all?

Same problem here

Last week . Drained battery fully
Then i connect charger. Suddenly led blinks
Then i reconnect charger . 2 hours later . 1% showing battery . What happened i don't know
