Nah, they probably just wanted to flex their legal muscles on this one.

And this can't be the official build. It hiccups and locks up/restarts randomly; you basically sacrifice stability for the chance to experience a preview of the new stuff.

My phone has been nothing but great since update, not one issue. Actually performs better.
