moving film to sd card

Hi guys

Can somebody please help in telling me how to move a film that's stored on the internal memory on to my galaxy tab 2 sd card.

Just like you would any file in a computer. Just go to your File Manager of choice (the system one or a 3rd party one) and find the location of the video file you want to move, select copy or move, and select the destination in the SD card. Simple

Thanks for the info. I only have just been given the tab and with your advice i now know what the icons where in the file manager.
