Hey guys, newbie that switched from iOS to android here. I want to transfer my music (or any file) from iTunes / Mac to my S7 Edge (Mac, OS X El Capitan 10.11.3).

- Android File Transfer / Kies / Smart Switch are not working
- Developer mode is enabled.
- USB Debugging is enabled.
- Phone & Mac have been restarted numerous times.
- Changed multiple micro-USB cords.

I can't find what the issue is, and I've been googling ever since I woke up this morning. If anyone can help me, thanks!

- To admins : I really didn't know where to post this, so if this is in the wrong forum section, I'm sorry.

The easiest way I've found is to use Google Play Music.

Here's a how-to. Also includes the MTP method so you could check and see if you're missing anything,

I loved all my music to Google music to avoid this in the future. Whether I'm on iOS or Android, I always have access to my music.

If you're going to to stick with iTunes the best approach I've used before moving to Google music is iSyncr. Download the app, install on your computer, hook the phone up and sync the playlists. Always worked well for me. Try it out. Link below.
