Music File help

I recently transfered from a iphone to a samsung galaxy s4 before i could listen to music and control music on my JVC radio i found out i needed to purchase a new raido that is compatiable with Android software to be able to do this again and i did i purchased the Pioneer DEH-X5600HD The music plays but i can not figure out where the music is pulling from and how to play / Create playlists does any one have any information, tips, tricks on this or a site that might be able to help me? I Love the phone and the Radio really want to be able to use them together. Thank you!

Create a playlist in Google Play Music with one name and then create a playlist in Samsung's stock Music app with another name. See which one appears on the radio.
