My Bionic

Re: the HDMI mirroring... There appears to be a stutter @ 1:39 in the video. Was that the Bionic or something else (the D3, YouTube, etc) that introduced the jumpiness?

Thanks B! My X is now stock GB. 602. Bahah! Once I have it in hand, and if I walk out of VZW in several days, then I got ruled! What a smooth device. Patients will be a virtue.

Lol think of this: we've been waiting for this phone for about 8 and a half months now. I can't wait for thursday, and Bworly is just making me want it that much more :)

Can you mirror anything to your TV? I am curious if I could mirror the NFL Red Zone to my TV for football season using the Bionic.

Mirroring means that when you hook up your phone to your tv via HDMI cable, whatever is on your phone will show on the TV. SO if you can run it on the phone, it will show up on the TV, just bigger, and in resolution up to 1080p

Nice. I enjoyed having Red Zone on phone last year. Now being able to put it up on a TV monitor would be amazing.

Thanks for all the videos bworley50. I saw your video recording examples which were great but I was wondering if you could record yourself taking some regular pics in daylight. Also maybe a slightly low light pic too. I really want to get a feel for the camera performance. Also if you can upload a full size outdoor pic or two that would be awesome. I did see the one pic you took in the dark and it was fairly decent for being so dark. Much appreciation for any camera stuff you can provide.

Yes, pretty much.. also an app can detect the HDMI connection/Display doing different things on the bigscreen and/or turn off the Bionic's screen... developers can also configure the HDMI output/settings with the API..

we are developing a couple applications for this device specifically utilizing HDMI

Would it be possible to take a video of the screen outdoors in sunlight?
I'm pretty certain the store is not going to let me take their unit outside to test.

You know if HBO Go will HDMI mirror out like Netflix?

Ugh...pet peeve of mine when people don't read posts and ask questions that were just answered

Looks like the audio jack is very sturdy as well. Good call on whoever suggested that...I know on my PSP Go I had a kind of problem like that, the jack was really messed up and not very sturdy. And once again I like your taste in music. Led Zeppelin is the best lol. Although I was a little thrown off when I saw Justin Bieber in there :p. Why exactly in that video were you only getting 3G though, and only one bar?
And whoever suggest Love you to Death, I thought that was Judas Priest at first...guess there's two metal bands that have the same title for a song lol. The bluetooth pairing seems to be good too, wouldn't want any less. I know I'll probably be using bluetooth or my AUX cable in my car to play music off of my Bionic, come tuesday. And the USB port will let me charge it lol.
