My downloaded ring tone keeps deleting

Hi All

I have a Samsung Note 3. I have downloaded a specific ring tone from Zedge and over the last month, if I turn the phone off, my ring tone is deleted and the phone goes back to the default ring tone

Any suggestions on how to fix this

Welcome to Android Central! Are you copying that ringtone file to the /Ringtones directory, or just keeping it in the /Download directory?
