My EVO 4G LTE DIED STRIKE 3 And I am OUT

So I ignored the fact that I won't be able to recover my data or even erase my data and exchanged my phone today at Best Buy. New one isn't going well so far... 3G wouldn't work at first but after a restart it worked. Then, I was making a phone call and the phone restarted in the middle of the call! Then, after that, phone restarted 3 times just sitting there.

Never had any problems with HTC after owning the Touch Pro 2, Original Evo, and the Evo 3D.

This is my 3rd Evo 4G LTE and if I face anymore issues I think I'm going to have to take it back and wait for the Galaxy S3. What is wrong with HTC... I love their products but can't stand these defects!! I really dislike Samsung (Hate is a word I save for Apple) and their prodcuts... don't like their weak radios and GPS issues but if my Evo acts up one more time, then the S3 it is! :'(

It's been over a half an hour. It was on the charger when it happened and over half way full. I cannot pull the battery obviously as it is an enclosed device. Any ideas on what to do?

Did you try holding the power button for 20-30 second to get back into boot mode.
