My Galaxy S4 phone sends a "LOST PHONE..." message each time it is switched ON.

My Galaxy S4 phone sends a "LOST PHONE...Sender SIM...Change Alert...IMEI ???????????? " message (SMS) to another phone that I own each time it is switched ON. I checked that there is no downloaded App that can be generating this message. How can I disable this?

I bought this brand new phone 3 years ago
