Welcome to the forums. Take the phone to your carrier tell them the issue. You might just need a new SIM card.

Probably dumb question, but just to make sure: You have not set your phone to Do Not Disturbe mode, have you?

You can set calls to go directly to voice mail in Android, you have not accidently done that, right?
You can google how to do that, I can't post links.
