My google play store keeps displaying ''connection timed out'' or ''no connection''

I have tried each and every solution available from my google searches like wiping cache and data, adjusting date and time and even restored my factory settings but still the same error occurs whenever I open google play store. I am using sony x-bo v3+. Please help me!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Do other Google apps work normally?

Another thing to try is to clear the cache for the store, go to Settings (either on the swipe down on in the app drawer), then Apps, then Google Play Store, then click on storage, then click on clear cache and clear data. This should refresh your store and should get things working again.
