My htc m9 sense home has stopped working help

Please can any body help take that annoying sense home is not working

Here's how ,,, if u can access ur settings ( I did this by hitting OK on sense has stopped white box, and quickly pulling down from top). Go to settings , scroll down to where it says APPS. Select that and scroll down again to SENSE HOME. tap SENSE HOME and u will see a bit that says STORAGE. tap the storage part and ull get clear data and another bit saying clear cache. Hit both to clear all data ect in sense home and then reset sense up on ur lock screen. So clear data and cache. Hope this helps, mines same phone and worked for me.

HEY, I HAD THE EXACT PROBLEM. SUPER FRUSTRATING.

For me, The home sense isn't working error kept on coming up repeatedly but I could still navigate through some apps through pulling down the top notifications etc. What I did was go to my play store - you can access this via your internet browser as well. Google HOME SENSE HTC and once you're in the play store simply update/reinstall your app. This problem only arose after the new update

"Sense home has stopped unexpectedly" , swiping down and clearing cache and data worked for me as well on HTC One M9 (verizon)

my htc one m9 when i turn on he ask for google account and sence home also, so i try to restart, reboot and factory reset but still not working, what should i do this there is any chance to recover my htc one m9?
