Ok, sweet.

Download the Rom that you want to use, and move it to the same folder as adb.

Type adb sideload nameofzip.zip
Replace nameofzip with the name of your zip file. Make sure it is 100% correct

I suggest typing adb devices because I would like to see if the device is still be recognized as in sideload mode.

To play it safe, go back into sdk and search for any other adb files. There may have been some side files that may be needed. Look for AdbWinApi.dll and AdbWinUsbApi.dll

Once you have found them, move them into the same folder as adb and fastboot, and then type the last command

Adb sideload zipname.zip

into the command prompt

I meant go into the sdk file you downloaded earlier and find AdbWinApi.dll and AdbWinUsbApi.dll and move them into the adb folder.

Ok, we are going to try using fastboot. Take the phone off of the cord, boot into the bootloader and enable fastboot, then plug it back into the computer. It should say fastboot usb.
