My Mobil Hotspot option just disappeared on my gs-7

I have even talked to a Verizon representative who was totally stumped and told me to try to do a factory reset which I'm dreading doing hoping someone out there can help me figure this out before having to do the factory reset. And by the way I'm not a Verizon account user I have Straight Talk who goes through Verizon towers thank you to anybody who can help
