My MOTO E is not switching ON and i dont want to reset it may wipe out my data.Wht should i do

My phones internal memory gets usually full easily .And suddenly i could not open any app on my MOTO E then i tried to shut it down.Now it is not switching ON.And i want to save my valuable data and i don't know how to do it.As factory reset through booting options may wipe out whole internal storage.Please help

I think you're going to have to boot into recovery and reset. I don't think you have a choice. You can take it to your carrier as sometimes they are able to get data off of a device, but keep in mind they may not be able to either. Going forward, you can sync all of your contacts to your gmail so that when you log into your gmail account, you have all of your contacts. You can back up photos and videos using google photo. It's free and will keep you from losing photos in the future. Good luck!
