my new moto g 2nd gen is blinking when connected to charger and not getting switch on at all...its a brand new phone..i tried rebooting option,but it isnt working.

If you bought it new from a store or carrier, return it as being defective and have them replace it. (Check the new one out in the store before leaving.)

If you bought it from a private party, try to get your money back, but I don't think you'll have much luck.
