My Nexus 7 has screen lift?

I got it last month from Argos brand new. 32 Gigabyte variant. A little pressure and the screen acts like a calculator screen if you get what I'm saying, it does that weird rainbow thing. The lower left corner is higher than the rest and the right side creaks with little pressure. Is it bad? My warranty is still intact, I only got it a month ago. June 1st.

Replace it. Rainbow is not good. Neither is screen lift.

Argos customer service sucks. Apparently Screen Rippling is part of the technology? And he can't see the screen lift. Also, the clicking is suppose to happen.
