My Note8 has had every app and process up to and including the System UI Crashing 4 to 5 times a day

Started at the 8.0 Update, Ive reset 3 times. Ive gotten a whole new phone through warrenty. Still the problem persists

That is incredibly odd. You have had this happen in multiple phones?

Do you Restore a backup of what you had to the phone?
 
The first restore was done with a backup, the second was without and when I received the 2nd device through warranty I set it up as a new device, only migrating pictures, music and text messages
 
Looks like you may have a virus or something crashing your system UI. I would set it up as a new device. Don't transfer anything. Add new app slowly and see what all may be causing the issue.
 
Mine started at update as well. Not a lot but it is happening every now and then. No new apps were added. Only started after update.
 
I find device maintenance used every day helps along with reboot every few days. Bugs seem to stay away a bit better like that for me.
 
This is a weird issue, one that I'm glad my phone doesn't have.
It could be a virus like someone else suggested. I'm leaning towards a rogue app.

Well if it is, it's with a app that was ok before the update.
 
I'm having the same issue, but I've been able to directly link it to the Google app. If I try typing in the Google quick search widget, or open the Google app to access my cards/Google news feed, my phone essentially freezes within seconds. I get messages like "Samsung experience is not responding" or "system UI is not responding." I've tried uninstalling all updates to Google, but this is still happening. And it's only when I try doing anything Google app related. I often have to reboot my phone, but sometimes if I turn the screen off in time it'll "unfreeze" within a minute or two. WTH is happening??
 
So the problem is still going on, Ive reset again over the weekend and only installed the 1 game that I play and thats it. It still happens in Safe Mode. "The Process com.android.phone Has Stopped" kept popping up and crashing my phone calls on Mothers Day
