My phone has purple squares around everything and a blue X across the middle of the screen.

Its a galaxy S10e and it just started this morning. I've never seen any phone do something like this, its so strange. It doesn't matter what app or menu I open, they're always there.

i did have a custom theme installed with custom icons but I have recently uninstalled it because it would only work with certain launchers. But I was just thinking that I had not tried to reboot it so I just did and it seems the lines have gone away.

Sorry, I should have tried to reboot it first but I wasn't thinking.

Yep, i just turned on layout boundaries and it looks the same. I just don't see how it got turned on in the first place... I never turned it on
