My phone keeps turning off when i turn on mobile data or wifi

When I turn the on safe mode the phone works very well without switching off but immediately I turn of safe mode it starts switching off again when I turn on mobile data or wifi

That indicates that a downloaded third-party app is causing the trouble.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? When you say the phone turns off, do you mean it completely powers down, or is it just the screen that goes to sleep?
