Damn I know how you feel! Ordered two phones and when I opened the box I only got one. So either T-Mobile forgot to ship it or some shenanigans happened. I hate this to happen to anyone.

I actually believe it was done by a FedEx employee. FedEx saw that two packages were set up with the same tracking number. When the FedEx guy handed me the box, it was so....light. I knew there was no phone in it. Plus he left me two boxes of perishable food that doesn't belong to me.

Looks to be AT&T model? Did you order from AT&T? They should be able to blacklist that stolen phone and make it a brick. Also, they should take care of you with a replacement.

Yeah. I was told I could pick it up yesterday, and to call the facility to verify it was there. I called and was told my shipment wasn't eligible for pickup and it would be delivered today.

It was AT&T. They're taking care of that, but now I have to reorder. I probably won't get my phone till end of March.

They really should do something other than making you reorder. Like get one out to you with overnight shipping or something. A sealed box with no phone is not a good look for them.

If the box was sealed up then it was an inside job or they were in such a rush that it is possible they forgot to put a phone in it. If it doesn't look tampered then it happened at the distribution center. Someone ordered from Samsung and had the same thing happen to them. Some said this happened to the new iPhones sometimes too.

Would have to be the warehouse sorters. UPS drivers make really good money and not worth the risk of losing that job.
