My S10 has been flashed with an unauthorized software and is locked

I always put AP last because it will freeze a bit before Odin loads it


So you reboot the device in download mode , tried different USB ports and restarted Odin , correct?

Yes tried all that, I'm thinking maybe its the cord ? I can always run to staples in the morning and get a better USB Cord. Also My model number is SM-G988U

I hear it connecting when I plug it into the phone , I just can't be sure how strong the connection is. I'm redoing it again now,
I've done it a few times. What else do you think the issue could be that it's failing ?

Cord I can't stress how important it is but if new one doesn't work try different computer

Okay ,I just attempted doing it again and got the same message, I'll attach it below.. not sure if anything looks different .
Also it might be this laptop idk LOL but definitely will go get a new cord
Do you recommend a certain one and do you think Staples will have a good one ?
Maybe I will try one of the computers at my job if this fails again with a new cord.

I recommend Samsung , Anker brands something reputable

Good Afternoon!! I purchased the NXT Technologies USB-C to USB-A Cable ! Worker at Staples said it was a good one ! I will replug into phone now & see what happens ! Fingers crossed for the best !
