My S5 freezes and I see nothing on my screen only the frozen image appears, how can I fix this?

S5 freeze nothing seen on screen only freeze image appear

Hlw sir I have a big problem on s5.At first i have kitkat version of s5 later after updating through OTA it upgraded into 5.0 lolipop.At this time I had hard reset then my phn turns freezes some time hang also.After so many problem i tried to downgrade in kitkat also but the same problems appear.Yesterday i tried to instll firmware using odin then my s5 turn only freezes screen and nothing seen even i cannot see the option after pressing volume up + home button + power button
only the freeze screen appear. Plz give me some idea

Do you have a back up using either Kies or Smart Switch by Samsung? I will back up my phone once in a while with their Smart Switch program just in case something does happen to my S5.
