My Samsung Galaxy S3 software repair is stopped when reaching 76% progress...

I damaged the software of my Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300) by giving root access to an app that put my device into a stuck screen with the startup logo. So, I downloaded the Kies software on my pc, then did those connecting and entering odin mode stuff... and the process was going pretty well. but when the progress reached 75% and then when it showed up 76%, it was interrupted, saying use the emergency recovery option. but my device was not listed in there...
