my samsung s4 mini has its own life

A few days ago I turned off the mobile, but during the night it turned on. Off again and after 5 minutes it was on again. The desk clock was active, but of course it wasn't me. Car mode was active too....
tried again to turn off... after 5 minutes it went on again and a weird screen appear, like it was downloading someting. I put off the battery and after it restarts as usual...
It would be a virus, a bug? no idea.

Welcome to Android Central! When you say you turned it off, do you mean that you completely powered it down, or just put the screen to sleep?
