My screen on my Samsung note edge is lock how do I open it?
On Friday 11/20/2015 my phone screen lock, I went to the Verizon who is the service provider to get some help to unlock the screen, the associate at the store know me well, I bought the phone there...I was thinking this was going to take a few a minutes, I was surprise, after three different associate try to unlock the phone and was in the store for a 4 hours we did not get the screen unlock. The said to call Samsung support at 1800 726 7864. I called and talk to an associate who asked a number of question, My name, my address, and my zip code...after being on the phone with him for about 30 minutes, he asked if I have Android service manager, I said no. He finally said I will have to call Verizon the service provider so they can verified the phone is my phone. By the way this is the transcript # 4296189453. Let me close by saying this I was going back and forth between Samsung and Verizon since Friday afternoon and my phone is STILL LOCK. They give me a second # to call technical support 1888 987 4357. I am 100% sure I was talking to somebody out of the country had problem understanding them...her name is Beth, Beth transfer me to a next department, All I am getting is push around and NO ONE SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO TURN THIS PHONE ON...a PHONE I PAY OVER EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR...very SAD.
