My videos on my Samsung Galaxy S4 are too large to email, can I make them smaller files?

I took some videos of Karaoke and I want to sent them to myself via email, but the files are too large. Is there a way to decrease the size of the file? the model number is Samsug-SGH-1337. Android version 5.0.1

Yes, you can always re-encode them but you will lose quality. A free windows program like Handbrake can do the job

Welcome to the forums. Another option is to upload them to a cloud server and share the file in the email.
